Re: Sealed Or Shielded Bearings?
I have been going shielded and servicing them for the last few years. No special tools other than a pin to pull the shields off of. Some of the race bearings I run without the shields internally since they are serviced between races.

Very nice idea. If I remember correctly most people who are color blind can distinguish between light on and off but not color. That is what makes the F1 style work in a universal setting. I don't think it would matter what color the lights were but they cannot change color or those that are color-b...

As someone who just started this a few years ago and sit at the bottom/middle of the pack I will give my opinion. I think that one big reason that new talent is not coming into the sport is because to enter and compete is expensive. It is very tough for young people to spend their money on a basic s...

Jourdan/Eddie and the outlaws, I am so looking forward to whatever you guys have to offer. I am trying to get my college aged boy to attend and hit the hills for the first time as well. I had such a great time last year I would not miss it this year. Whatever you bring, we will skate. You are awesom...

Rick, I think that is a good position. As someone who has ridden the DHB ramps the last two years, I can tell you that they are built so well that there is no feeling of out of control on them. As long as the ramps are posted before and are built solidly, as determined by the racers, they should be ...

That is a cool idea but I think the issue will come that not every tail is at the same slope. That means you would need those molded in several configs. The narrow end might be a bit hard to get mounted but I think that the angles there are minor enough that they would not break. I like the idea. Yo...

Photos of my GF model...
Wanted to show a few photos of what the GF model, non-foam core, looks like. I am new to slalom having tried it in the recent Buckeye Open that Kenny held. I had such a good time that I am now going to build a few setups to learn on. I have just set the board up and taken a maiden voyage so far. If ...
