Women's Division

I think we should all race together. There are not enough women to split us up into 3 divisions. I don't think their will be enough time as well.

Just my two cents. That would like asking for a women's masters, pro, am, and Jr.
We'd each get to race once.

The more racing the better.

;)

Master's Cyber Time

Gary Holl
Run 1 8.75
Run 2 8.66
Average 8.71

This could be the fastest Master's Cyber 25 cone time. Sorry John Ravitch. Gary reminded me this morning that he was in the masters division now.

thanks.

World Record Attempt in Santa Cruz and San Jose September 7,

I am planning to run 3 races on September 7, 2008 Sunday The first race will be the 100 in San Jose on Bernal in the am if the wind, weather, and if we have a small crowd. If we have to many I do not want to jeopardize our only good hill. I plan is, we would start at 7:00 am and get off the hill in...

Capitola Classic Spring 2006[b]

Due to lack of interest and not enough feedback. I'm going to put this race on hold. I've started quite a bit of ground work. I'm waiting to find out about the road's future. The pavement is not the best and there are some improvements that need to be made before putting time and money into this ven...

Masters

I don't think being in the masters will change Pro or Open...I think it would be cool if the top 4 men and women...can run off for a Masters title. I'm collecting dates and names for the World Ranking system. Martin you did great by the way. Thanks for the nice words. It's nice to know that at almos...

Wanted: Masters 45 and over birthdates

Starting today I will be helping Hans with his slalom rankings for the US masters category to start in 2006. I need real names and complete birth dates. It's never too late to start. Who knows maybe one day we will even have a grand masters category. At the rate we are all still skating you never kn...

Re: Capitola Classic Spring 2006

I'm currently in the early stages of putting on the Capitola Classic Race next year. I'm curious how many skaters would attend? I'm thinking sometime in May. I'm trying for the same hill as in the past years. We would only get the hill for the final round of riders or about 6 hours. Most likely a t...

Capitola Classic Spring 2006[b]

The qualifying will be a slalom course not a GS. Single lane. The Capitola race will be slalom not downhill like before. Long before the Capitola Classic there was a two lane slalom race on that hill. I think it will be more exciting and I want it to be a memorable race like before. Bib numbers, pos...
