Re: Slalom stuff for sale
Was a custom order. 28 3/4" X 8 1/2", is 7" wide across the tail at the rear bolt holes and is 19 1/2" between the inner bolt holes (truck to truck). It is a stiff flex. I would have preferred stiffer, but I weigh 235 and ride inside the trucks instead of on top of them.

Wonder where that board came from...
Looks like the board Turner made when I requested a custom board. It was supposed to have high camber and a nose like the old cut-aways. I'm glad to see it has come to a good home.

New Splitfires...
I have heard from an inside source that the new trucks were developed using gravity warp technology borrowed from alien space craft at area 51... The only side effect has been some pulled back muscles when test subjects forgot to turn them off before trying to pick up their boards.

Championships
I have to agree with Fluit (not just because hes a friend) it is the World Championships. In any sport the World Champoinships is always the most chalenging of any event during the year. That being said, I think there is a place for a flat event in the championships. I believe cyber slalom is a cham...

Can you say BIG bottle rocket??? 31 1/2" long and with 20 1/2" between inner truck holes and 1/2" camber it is a perfect board for hybrid courses. I have rin as tight as 6 foot at full speed and with the angled riser removed from the front it's great on the slightly bigger hills and longer hybrid sp...

Riding my new boards
My custoom Foam-core torsion_box Roe rips! I set it up with a 105 Seismic with an angled riser in front and a Split-fire in the back. 3DM's all round. The torsional stiffness realy makes it go where you point it. It seems to help keep the back truck planted nicely when reaching for those odd offsets...

75 for me. I made my first boards from anything I could lay my hands on. I even had an aluminum board I cut with dads saber saw. My first eurothane wheels had loose ball bearings and they would eject periodicaly... My first "real" board was a G&S Fiberflex, 6 1/2" wide and 26" long, white on top and...

I'm a big proponet of "high"camber. I had Rick make a custon ICK for giant slalom. Some of you saw it at Paso Robles (before I bit the dust). I sent Rich a custom shape and he used his TS camber. I think it has a little more than an inch of camber from nose to tail, which translates to abour 3/4 inc...

I prefer a "high camber" board. Like a second generation Turner, a litte better than 3/4". With the apex of the camber closer to the front truck. And I usually choose the stiffest board available at the time. My Turners dont go much past flat when pumped. I like the fast snap you get from this kind ...
