I agree that shitty non 8mm axles and bad spacers can be the reason for noise. BUT: The chrunching noise is also there if you got perfect 8mm axles. The best spacers wouldn't change anything aswell. New wheels don't make any sound on my boards. The problem is the core of the 3dm wheels, which is too...

The C-81 is our new fome core slalomboard. The deck is really stiff, 81cm long and 22 cm wide. There is no real concave: it is flat, but there is a lip which is like a gas pedal. The camber is 1.5cm. The only guys who were faster...

In my opinion, one of the following guys deserves the title slalomskateboarder of the year 2003. It's either Tay Hunt, Kenny Mollica, Barrett "Chicken" Deck, Richie Carrasco or Maurus Strobel for being the only guys who have beaten Luca Giammarco last year, or it's Luca himself!

Hey guys, the deck above was made in a vacuum bag. And the wheels are Abec11 Gumballs. The logo is not removed. Chris Chaput gave me a set of prototyp Gumballs at the 2003 Downhill World Championships (Hotheels) in Austria. I think our foam boards should be available for this season!

OS-TRUCK

Yes it is a precise 8mm axle. The axle is longer as an axle of a normal truck. This provides that the bearings aren't on the thread (german: Gewinde). It's not meant to make a bigger width between the wheels! Bearings roll much better and much more precise like this. And I think a bearing lasts long...

The truck is called OS-TRUCK. Raffael and I produced this truck and we call it OS-TRUCK. It's an error on the airflow website. The first production fits on a RTS, I'm using it like this. Please wait until the new ones come! Any questions?

I took off 7 mm on the outside and 3 mm on the inside. I know it's a lot but I didn't want it to be wider than 55 mm. It works great for high speed! But no tight turns. I haven't yet tested the Avilas for giant slalom, but I will do that soon...

Hey Howard, I have successfully trimmed two red, four white and two grey avilas. Some of them were not perfectly round, so I smallened the diameter. It was no problem.
