Thanks go out to Dan and his family for hosting this event. We got to do a lot of skating, we ran a TS, HS and GS and we even fit in a mean BBQ session.
It was great to see everyone. Hopefully all of you (and more) will be at the Antrim race in September.

Sunday July 21, 2013 Antrim Outlaw on the 202 hill. Set up 9:30-10 Practice HS 10-10:30 Timed HS 10:30-12:30 (jam format, best run) Lunch break 12:30-1 and set TS TS practice 1-1:30 TS timed runs 1:30-3 TS could also be a GS if that is what the majority of the riders want. Outlaw Sunday 6/30/13 Antrim 202 Hill. The 202 hill is 3 miles on your right after you pass the McDonald's while travelling south/west on 202. The beginner race is free; it is usually on the run out of the GS course. Don't expect big and fast. You will need to sign a release if over 18 or have a parent there that will sign for you. All right who is in? Big GS from the top, then a Dual Hybrid. Don't worry if you can't skate it from the top jump in at your comfort level and move up the hill.

I will be unavailable on the 11th, but the 18th and 25th work for me. The Fells is a good practice jam spot but it would be hard to have a race there due to the parking situation. My practice spot has some issues, they moved a mounds of dirt and fill in there so I don't know what the long term plans...

David, I live in Beverly about 30mins north of Boston. I skate during my lunch break 2-3 times aweek during the season. I also try and get out once a weekend. I have one spot up here that is fairly reliable. I will try and contact you when I make the switch back to skating from snowboarding. Glenn

She is a distance runner. She usually runs either the 1 or two mile. Down at the nationals she will be running the 5k. She hasn't run it very often on the track so who knows what will happen. If she can finish in the mid pack I think she will be happy (there will be some top level runners there).
