Yeah I have heard good things about the Manx wheels and will definitely consider them for this board.

Update: I just heard back from Buddy at Tracker. He says baseplates can be purchased for $10 each and that includes bushings and washers.

I'll still try to find some used but it is nice to know that they can be purchased directly from Tracker.

I'll keep the ideas in mind when I plan on buying gear new but by posting here I was kind of hoping to save a bit of coin by buying second hand gently used wheels. Then again maybe when it comes to slalom wheels there is no such thing as 'slightly used...
