FS: Roe Unlimited - Light Flex
Barely used, this Roe Unlimited is light flex and still sports the amazing Roe/Insect heavy duty grip tape of ealrier days. The deck has no dents or scratches. It is being sadly neglected while I give all my attention to long distance pumping these days. I'm hoping for a new and loving home for this...

I placed my order for my Roe 'Unlimited' in mid Sept. Been waiting ...... and waiting..... no answer to my recent email...... Team Fatboy? Um, there's a little matter of buying beers and Ring Dings for everybody on the team. That or we beat you in. It's a dysfunctional pyramid scam kinda thing. Nice board. Pull the wheelbase in to 17" and see how tight you can run on a decent slope (5, 5.5 feet?) The try it at 18" and 19"...

Go to your local bike shop and ask to see their box of chain link spacers. They will fit your axles and you’ll find them in a variety of sizes from 2-8mm. They’re perfect for what you’re looking for. Use them on the hanger side and use your speed rings on the nut side. They’re basically like a norm...

lets see if i am understanding this correctly, are you saying that if you just put a speed ring between the wheel and the hanger that the wheel hits the "arms" on the offset? Adam, with the cambrias on the rts offset, there has to be two brass spacers between the wheel and the body of the hanger or...

Claude, there doesn't seem to be enough spacers. I need two inside the wheel and at least one or two between the wheel and the axle nut. setting up an rts offset?
I have never set up this type of truck before and need some help. I am trying to get cambrias on this rear truck and am wondering how the spacing is supposed to work. Very, very well designed slalom truck. They aren't being made anymore though and only a few were available when they first were manufactured. I'm sure the experienced skaters could tell you a lot more of the technical details but that's it in a nutshell.trish erickson wrote:still don't know what a PVD is.

Pan Head bolt search
It has not been easy to find anything over 1 1/2 inches in the 10-32 pan head machine bolts for slalom truck mounting here in Vancouver. Home Depot carries them up to 1 1/2 inches and then does have some in 2 and 2 1/2 inches but they come in boxes of 100! Rona basically doesn't have any at all. Any...

chalk line?
I have been thinking of a way to create a nonpermanent long straight line on which to place cones. A chalk line came to mind. They come in about 100 foot lengths. Anyone tried this? Any reason not to go this route? Would it be a problem for slalom wheels if they ran over this line?
