It sounds like you have dented shields. Remove them (use a safety pin to get the clip out), and carefully "pound" them "straight."

Trish,

Wedge it enough to get it "flat," and then add another 5-12 degrees of wedge to suit. Generally, this is one Khiro wedge over neutral/flat for most folks.

The bearing seats on the latest batch that I received are quite good. I sell a lot of wheels that are all poured in the same factory, and I will say that the Speed Vents are right up there with the others, quality-wise.

I just received a small shipment of these trucks, and they're gorgeous! Workmanship appears to be very, very good. Can't wait to try one on the back of my bamboo Fatboy. Looks like I'll need to order some spare/replacement metric-threaded axle nuts...
