hanger facing tool?
There's an old thread somewhere I can't seem to locate that had some good pics of a cutting tool (similar to a bicycle headset facing cutter) to shorten and/or face hangers. Anyone remember the location or know what the tool is called?

I'd also consider Whistler. It's a sports town and is what it's become because of people bringing in events; so asking them to close a street for a race race seems worth investigating...they used to do it yearly for bicycle road races. It's expensive to be there but it's close enough to Vancouver th...

Daniel, who sells the Trakmate also sell IR boxes. In my opinion the downside of needing a powersource at the start and finish outweighs the upside that the durabillity gives. But for larger races I think IR's should be the way to go. It's way harder to lift your front wheels at the start if you us...

I haven't broken one on a Rad but I have broken kingpins on other trucks and it's been quite unpleasant and I'm not in a big rush to repeat it. Never had a break with a grade 8 replacement on Indys, Splits etc though. What would be the problems with replacing the stock Rad kingpin with a grade 8 bol...

Just talked to Trak Mate and there is no PC interface. He will do the hardware to make it happen but he has no interest in writing the software. We did talk about porting out to an external LED display though and we'll probably talk some more about it. Is this something anyone would be interested in?

I'm going on a 10 week road tour with a band working sports arenas in the Eastern US and am going to train cyber slalom inside the venues mornings before work. I haven't run cones on polished concrete much and am curious as to what wheels and duros folks have had success with.
Thanks.
