I have to say I agree with TK. Magnolia is in one of the greatest towns on earth, has great surf/beaches 5 miles away, is totally safe, has next to no foot or car traffic, and just rules. The Arboretum is a sick hill and has perfect, I'll say it again, perfect pavement, but the logistics for large s...

Good call Ben. The gate being closed is key. We could do a 100 cone course if the gate is closed. Paul, looks like rain tomorrow I guess. We'll see. If it rains I'll just go to Rye Airfield anyway. We'll see.

Alright, September monster race at Magnolia. Cook out there after, hill bomb, pin the tail on the donkey, just like the farm. I also have a huge hill near my house where there will be an outlaw Super G sometime beforehand. When I say super G, I mean super G. Get the T Shirts to the printer. Matt lea...

Forgot to add, selling my Roe PS Unlimited. Used for 5 months, minor wear where I kicked it up like a street deck. Stiff flex (190-220lbs.) $70. You know you want it, so come and git it.

Newburyport rules Paul. I was there yesterday and it kicked my butt. That middle bowl is the most fun skating you can possibly have. Hey all, is that race in September going to happen? John? Paul, how about trying to get in some racing this weekend? Hampton? Arboretum Jim? Anyone? [/img]

Kudos to you on your post John. When I only skated parks and ramps my reaction to slalom was that it looked boring. Then I tried it and realized that it's a blast. Guess I'm just a "flip flopper." Slalom is a lot of work. The difference between basketball, bowling, and even park skateboarding is that you show up, and it's on. You won't have any trouble finding someone to shoot hoops with you nor will you ever show up to a skatepark and not have someone you know or just met hooting and holleri...
