Splitfire First generation
i have a first generation splitfire rear on an orion baseplate. i was wondering what this peice does.
(this isnt my truck, but it has the same thing)
does it just keep the peice that goes into the pivot cup in the hanger?

i have only ridden rob sydia's one at our local bowl in toronto afew times. i like the shape. it has excellent concave. it is similar to my deck (in terms of wheel bases and concave) so it was easy to get used to. the only thing i found was the tail is a tad long for me. then again, i just pump the ...

i disagree. i believe it should be first come first serve. if you snooze, you lose.Jadranko Radovanovic wrote:2.3 The course should be set by three skaters representing three nations selected with a lottery draw. Wedging
What is an appropriate wedging for a radikal claw and tail on a tight slalom board? im thinking around 18.5-19" wheel base. Bushings that i will be putting in are most likely Black and Green, and in the front, Clear and Red. It's likely i will lathe a clear to a half sphere.
Thanks,

i love my splitfire rear (107 first gen w/ orion baseplate). the traction is amazing compared to trackers and rads(dragon tail). I have mine dialed in at -5° with lathed radikal bushings (black/green) and flat washern top and large washer on bottom. http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e148/jujubeswith...

Re: Pavel TS
is that a pavel board or does it just have pavel stickers? i looks very nice. thanks Luke-I tried the foam on my roe unlimited and whilst being quite effective it seems that a lot of pumping energy is lost in the springiness of the foam. yeah its just a way to add "fake" concave to your board. i'm p...
