Well, five of us frenchies are planning to make the trip and we'll be leaving at noon on friday. Please let us know if it's on or not by friday morning. We'll also be watching the weather forecast and if there's too big a chance for rain, we'll cancel the trip.

Badass bass Fatty! :) I played the thunderbroom in a band for 8 years. Haven't touched it for 15 years. I miss that a lot... Sold everything but my Precision. It's hanging in my bedroom with Rat Bones, Ripper and Hüsker Düe stickers and a lot of duct tape on it. :D

The Blazer SB looks pretty similar to the suede Nike hi-tops I used to skate with from '75 to '79. I then switched to Vans Hi-tops, and still use them. But my heels suffer for it... :D

I think the solution is de-wedging - I will try -5 and see how it performs. If it's for big GS offsets, I'd go for -7°. That's what I ran at The Farm Outlaw Finale and was really happy with it's performance. I went to -5° and a smaller wheelbase because the last few sessions were kind of on a tighi...
