Secret Slalom Series

at the urging of the Texas Outtlaw, I am in the process of compiling the final standings in my secret slalom series (secret, in that I never promoted it, just maintained points from the following races: Mississippi, St. Louis, Georgia and West Virginia) points were awarded according to ISSA rules (2...

I try to shy away from using anything permanent to mark a skate spot, but yes, paint pens come in very handy. Another thing I'd like to see added to the types of grass roots racing I've seen here in the east - benches behind the start ramps so the racers that are waiting can be seated close right wh...

WT, Absolutely, what a great spot, the s-curve reminds me of Gran Ellen in Athens (which you compared to something at Da'Farm), it's not as steep but the asphalt in St. Louis is much better. The atmosphere was comparable to The Gathering. One point of constructive criticism - we, the racers, need to...

April and September are historically the lowest rainfall totals in Georgia.

April also plays host to bicyclings Twilight Criterium here in Athens, along with 30,000 spectators.

They've expressed an interest in nesting a slalom race inside the Criterium, so put me down for late next April.
