Pat -- Have you had a good response to this request? Most of my "photos" come from video grabs and as a result are lower resolution -- usually look great on the web or other display but not superior for print. Let me know if I can help with your specific needs.

Pierre -- What kind of internet connection do you have? I'm not much of a MAC person so troubleshooting insight isn't a strong point for me. Have you looked at the FAQ section on Microsoft site? I'll try to help get to the bottom of the problem if I can . . . let me know. :smile:
