The station to plan for in Switzerland is defenitely Zürich. If you can tell an arrival date in advance I am sure someone will be available to pic you up from the station. It is about a 40 minute ride by car to Grüningen from there. There are buses available too which you can set your watches by. Th...

I also thought a lot about that. Your system seems to make some sense to me. But I had a few thoughts which I found important and not very good. Let me make sure I understand that right: #1 qualifier goes against #2 qualifier in two runs, times combined and the slower racer is out? Lets say #1 quali...

Hey Vlad, the problem last year was that the swiss were not prepared for the course Chris Linford set. If his course would have been the competition course 75 percent of the racers would not have made the course at all. So what will be done this year are 2 courses, one tight and one semi-tight like ...

You are so right Adam. I also thanked Ed for doing his thing in Avila/Morro. I said you will be rewared someday. You know what he answered? He said: "I am already, I am a skateboarder for life, thats enough" No more comment needed <font size=-1>[ This Message was edited by: Chris Eggers on 2003-03-3...

Ok, the names I can add here are maybe not known too much, but they are active slalomers here in Germany and have been during the 80´s. Wow you guys have great thoughts and great fantasies, thanks for answering so extended, good reading! Only a little, not...

Hakim, feel free to do what Adam suggested and leave your trucks like they are. You can use every skateboard truck as a slalom truck because every truck should be able to turn, it is just a question of how good they will perform. Most of us have been skateboarding for a very long time, so you have a lot of experience concentrated here. You cannot argue that the things that have happened in skateboarding in the last decade have been overwhelming. Public knowledge (Hawk) and acceptance have risen to a level we heve never achie...

Gary, the biggest race in Europe will most likely be Grüningen. There are well over 30 racers registered right now and the majority of the swiss racers haven´t registered yet. If jani comes up with Paris it will also be one of the bigger ones because of the unique location, but I think Grüningen wil...

Oh man, that thing looks scary, so scary. Why don´t we just use snowboard bindings? I don´t know, I still do not like the idea, keep it simple, grip tape for everyone.
