Zigs are faster and grippier than Avalons (trimmed or not) and than the older formula Hot Spots. Don't know about the Black Ops stuff, haven't tried it yet...

We may not have any pools to drain...

...but we do work hard to start our slalom season earlier. No pumps, buckets, or towels but plenty of shovels and a snow blower. But if your goal is to race at the BEAST of the EAST, then a bigger hybrid or GS board with a bigger wheelbase choice would be more appropriate and serve you better. I know I wouldn't try the Worlds GS course on Bluegill Road on a tight board. Those hill...

Can't remember on which forum this discussion took place, but since July 1st is on a tuesday this year Claude asked if people wanted the race on the June 28-29th weekend or the July 5-6th weekend. And if my memory is right, most people who answered chose July 5-6th... Let's wait for Claude to shime ...
