I think it is more like a publically held company. Voting rights are on a per share basis. The more "shares" of stock you have the more votes you get. From what I can tell, those who have more votes have sponsored the website more times. Just an observation.

Did you happen to capture races on all 3 systems simultaneously? It would be very interesting to see if all 3 timers gave similar-enough results.
