Those widths are pretty insignificant in turning. The geometry, wedging, bushings/springs and positions (front or back on deck) of the trucks are greater factors.
You'll probably find the seismic is better suited for use as a front truck because it's a quicker turning truck.

would running one 100mm truck and one 105mm truck, etc. mes your whole steering up, or will it not really make a difference. (105mm seismic and one 100mm G*truck)
