PVD clicking noise

The thing is the limit adjustment screws get coute in the top covers screw threads, either remove the top covers lock washers & lock tight or get longer cover screws and keep the L/W

I figure seeing i have the PVD R2 i will see if i can figure out why it clicks. I have pictures to best decribe what i found,but i dont know how to make them smaller to fit in my posts.

The clicking is coming from the turn limit screws touching the top peace of the truck(peace with the axles)

remove the 2 lock washers and reinstall the bolts.& test ride.
does the clicking go away?????

if the R3 is the same it also might be the fix this is just what i see i might be wrong but so has everyone else
