Vlad , did you try the new yellow bushings? or did you run the older green ones. I would like some feed back from someone who has run the new yellows.TK

Tried them. Liked them. Buying them.
Update.
Switched to 90mm Tracker RTX Front in October 2003. Switched back to regular 80mm-100mm trucks in the summer of 2004.

I'm finding 45/25 with the 84a bushings all around set pretty loose is feeling good for a stright pumper for me, wheelbases in the 20"+ axle to axle range. 50/30 same bushings on sub 19" wheelbases feels So sweet for TS. I am curious to try 55/35 for TS though.

My latest experimental session left me thinking the same thing, TK. I'm riding 55* in front and 35* rear. There's a 94a bushing in the back cranked down pretty tight and a 82a in the front. The back feels good. I've found (so far) that 55* in the front might be a little too much steer....even on a mild pumper hill. Adjusting the front bushing helps prevent oversteer, but I think the 45* in front will give a little more flexibility when tweaking the bushing from loose to tight. Are there 50* plates? I'm trying to get my hands on some 30* plates and 84a bushings, but my local skate shop is out of them.

OK, here is what I am finding out after finally racing these trucks and messing with them for a while. Optimum set up for a gs course on a mid to long WB deck is 45* front and 30* rear. This allows for a strong pump and enough rear steer to get around wide offsets with traction. For Shorter wb's and straighter courses go with the 45 in the front and a 25 in the rear. This gives forward thrust with no oversteer. The shorter wb deck will help on the offsets. Very good traction. For bushings.. at 192 lbs the 84a works great up front even at high speeds like JPL hill,90a for the rear if you are puming hard and hauling ass and 88a for shorter hybred or ts courses. I use one 1/8"pad rear and 2 1/8" pad front. Noah and Chaput are riding steeper angles on theirs but I felt I was oversteering w/ the high angles. I am riding the 4.5" axels for boards in the 8.5" width range.

I like PVD trucks. My "R2"(revision 2) set has been working flawlessly for the past 6 months. If you've got the money buy some.

Ok, you have purchased your PVD GERT's and have ridden them.
How do you like them and what are the advantages of purchasing this truck vs a steering system like a Seismic or a TTC?
