ok so i am thinking of getting tracker RT-S and RT-X for my foam core bottle rocket and is that any good? i think i am going to upgrade to a splitfire later on.

That's a good, inexpensive starting point. Get lots of wedged and flat risers and different duro bushings, and experiment!
