Capitol Chapter Meeting and Photo-Op
Tuesday, May 11, 6:30 p.m

Surfrider Foundation Washington DC Chapter is doing a photo shoot for our web page. We need people to show up with Surfboards, Snowboards, and Skateboards to have their photo taken with their board. You don't have to be a Surfrider Member to have your photo taken. We know that you support Surfrider in many ways (showing up at contests, volunteer work, links from your web pages, etc.)


DATE & TIME: Tuesday, May 11, 6:30 p.m.
LOCATION: East Capitol Lawn - Meet in front of the Botanical Gardens
PLAN: A group picture will be taken in front of the Capitol, and then we will all head over to the Hawk and Dove Restaurant (329 Pennslyvania Ave. SE, phone (202) 543-3300,
METRO (subway stop): Capitol South Blue, Orange Lines).

Bring your boards, boats, kayaks, fishing rods, calculators or whatever for the group picture. If you cannot bring anything, there will be plenty of stuff laying around. Also, board storage will be available. For more information, http://www.surfrider.org/capitol/events.htm.
