The Washington DC Capitol Chapter of Surfrider Foundation has started up a community based blog (aka web log) at http://dcsurfrider.org/ that will act like a perpetual online chapter meeting. There are all kinds of forums including skateboarding and snowboarding.
Since our chapter of Surfrider has no beach to call its' own, we are comprised of traveling surfers, skateboarders who surf or not surf, snowboarders who surf or not surf, and others with the same goals in mind about beaches and the ocean. So check out our page and sign on up using your full name if possible. You don't need to be a Surfrider Member to join in on the discussions.
