good seeing lots of people there. Wes E and PA Dan, its been a long time since the last DC race, great to see you out there surfing the walls! we need to race some cones soon. i guess banked slalom on the 3rd will be one to look forward too! hope we get a big old crowd again for that one.

and Cabbage.... lets go on NO on the mesh shirts for the race. for goodness sakes man, there are children skating.

Lansdowne Birthday Bash Sunday 8/21...

was a total blast! The biggest session there since June's BDS Eastcoast Bash. Lots of people from, let's see, Md(of course), VA,PA,NY, DC. The birthday boys were happy...the sun was bright and hot, the shade was delightful and there WAS a breeze! 5 birthdays were celebrated....lots of longboards were out ripping the concrete waves that Lansdowne is famous for. It was also good to see the ladies out skating too! Everybody come on out on the 3rd of Sept!

Normally I'd be afraid of spending money on gas. However, it sounds like a good time and it IS Nino's birthday, so I'll see you guys there. Surf's up!

Come celebrate Nino's, Dude's, and Allen's birthdays w/a session at Lansdowne on Sunday 8/21, 1pm. Don't forget your brain bucket, and elbow&knee pads....and your skateboard!
