There's an interesting story behind the tall tiles at Olney. Apparently the drain at the bottom of the deep end was too high. When the builder built up from the drain level, the resulting pool had no vert. One of the local advocates caught it in time, and the builder essentially raised the deck level, and extended the tile. The result is a lot of vert, a wide swath of tile, and a deathbox capable of swallowing small groms. (seen in the background of the "rock" picture.)
Its a fun park, but the rules/fees/hours are pretty whacked, so I'll probably be driving to Greenbelt more often...
