Yo Paul...give me a shout on my cell after 9pm...I'll clue u in....nothing but a couple modular BS up that way....go to Lansdowne...it's crete...bring your pads and helmet too...sign up for the free registration card w/the pad nanny...opens at 3pm til dark weekdays, noon til dark wknds. There's also the Pigtown Bowl in the worst area in Baltimore...built by blind kangaroos who broom-swept the crete, covered the coping w/crete, screwed up all the trannies, built it into the side of a hill so water leaks through it all the time...need I say more? On top of that they will charge u to skate it!! Cabbage & I skated it before it opened about this time last yr and it was screwed up then. If the broken glass doesn't get you, then maybe the bikers will...I actually knew most of the bikers when I went there w/Cabbage....I still managed a bit o'fun there but u might as well go to Fredneck, STM,Waldorf or Arlington or Vans....Charm City's bowl is long gone....me knowing you...u will want to skate the crete outdoors!

charm city took the bowl out of the park so i would say its not worth it. definetly go to lansdown. thats really all i got. good luck and have fun man

I am in North Baltimore (Edgewood to be exact) for a few weeks. While I am here I would like to vist some local skateparks and maybe meet up with the DC riders for some slalom sessions.

Can any recommend any nice skateparks in the North Balimore area that
I can get to in the evening (I work in the day time)? I saw online a indoor park called Charm City skatepark that has a little wooden bowl. Is this worth the 1/2 hr drive to visit some week night?

I also understand the DC crew meets at a Park & Ride on the weekends.
can anyone give be directions. I hope to vist Lansdowne on the weekend to.
