Damn, I wish I had been able to make it out on Saturday, I've been wanting to try slalom for months. I hope you guys are planning on having more events in the area this spring/summer.

a lot of folks tried it, thanks to pa dan & bp, we had some fun. Also, it was good to see Barry, who traveled all the way from Reston, riding v well on the banked walls at Lans on his Bozi Mad Bomber......lots of longboarders at Lans today, many of whom enjoyed running thru the cones I set up in the parking lot...big thanks to PaDan for having extra boards to loan out! Thanks, Dan! We'll do that again soon! 2 peeps from PA, 2 from VA, the rest from MD, Baltimore-area.

Hey folks,
Several of us are going to meet up at Lansdowne Skate Park in south Baltimore(weather-permitting). We'll dork around w/some banked slalom for awhile and then run some cones either in the parking lot or nearby. There will be some folks trying slalom for the 1st time so we'll make the courses easy for everyone. As we all get better, then we'll make the courses more challenging. Everyone bring your cones so perhaps we can run several courses w/different cone spacings. The goal is to have fun, get in shape, and grow the sport of slalom.My cell is #443-610-8488 if anyone gets lost.
