Art Show - "Crashing Waves & Tidal Forces" Jun

Hello DC Outlaws,

I just wanted to give all you guys a heads up that I am having a big art show on June 2nd 2007 in Norfolk, Virginia. The show "Crashing Waves & Tidal Forces" will open 7-9pm at the Jaffe Arts Center (JAC) 737 Granby Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510.

This is a thematic show that will feature visual art, music, sound effects, and some conceptual art. Its a large show that features This show is basically a direct result of many of the issues and experiences that resulted from the death of our baby on April 14th 2005 due to the negligence and malpractice from the doctors that were treating my wife. After this untimely tragic event it took a big toll on my family in many ways and one of the things that happened to me personally was I wasn't able to do many of the things that I enjoyed doing like skateboarding, surfing, and even my art. I walked away from art for over two year and really had no intentions ever picking it up again.

However so many things have happened during the past couple of years and I became aware over time that I needed to do this show. This show is going to be controversial as well as political. I have also hired several talented local musicians and we are doing to do a special music presentation.

So if any DC Outlaws would like to come down to the coast and spend a cool evening of art, music, and fun come on down. All are welcome. If a bunch of you guys do show up maybe we could do a midnight slalom run somewhere (remember its flat here!) after the show.
