Got a slalom video you shot at a slalom event? Sell it. Did you really shoot all the footage just so you could see it?

Got "raw footage" unedited? Sell that too. Let someone else edit it- and resell it. You'll never get around to it.

Many people have told me that seeing slalom video footage on the web- or by the VHS movie Freewheeling, was how they got involved.

Kenny Mollica has some good videos- showing the racing vibe- like slalom music vids.

He has the whole FCR series available- and some of the cuts are really quite amazing. Perhaps he will do a "Best of Video"- with instructional racing Commentary by Henry Hester, Terence Kirby, and me. (hint hint Kenny)

So buy them all.

Bill Tway has a lot of footage as well.

He has some of the Farm 2 video available on CDrom. It may or may not be edited.

Chris Chaput has some good slalom video to see the motions used for starting and pumping.
Also there is some now "classic" WLAC footage there as well. Also some footage of Martin Drayton- with his new deck.

This is a great Idea but how do I post it or send it to someone who can.

I have a couple of clips from interview around the Worlds in 86 and 87.

I would appreciate it if anyone has any pics of me sk8ting at all, I wouldn't mind the footage or pics.

I think you might send some video to Tway or Adam T for hosting. As for getting video footage of yourself... I have no idea. I have almost no video footage of myself. I also wish I had some footage to see what I was doing.

JG, Buy one of Mollicas DVDs and you can see what you are doing. I'll tell you what I saw you doing....breaking your concentration by looking over your shoulder to see where your opponent was....which nearly cost you the win. (insert smile)
