Thanks Rick, I'll check them out.
Eric, what have you done? A DVD about old skating?

Regarding that, I do have a vide (analog Super 8 moved into DVD) of the 80's ( I believe 1976) where I am skating in Roma, a race. I was 11, so don't expect too much, but you can see, for some seconds, the cool ones, skating slalom in the old way.

WUESTION: how can I cut THAT piece of movie and post it on YouTube for instance? I have a MAC.. any "special" freeware software to manage that?

I really would like to show it to you..

Ahem...Brammer...the "new" video technology is "DVD", not CD...but knowing you, you probably have modified CD's to work as DVD's.......and yes, your 2004 Worlds "CD" is on it's way to me. ;-)

Old-schoolin' Movies

Andrea, check into finding "Downhill Motion"! Not the best vid, but a great time capsule of the mid-70's, plus a few extra-special moments, such as slow-mo of Greg Weaver's footwork, Steve Cathey's nose-wheelie transfer, Barefoot high-speed LaCosta runs, ShuFly, and even Russ Howell spinnin' (w/ hair flyin'!) multple 360's. I'll try to re-post here w/ vendors that have that on hand in a day or so. My 'original' VCR tape of this died not to long ago, but I had found a back-up. Now it's out on CD, so, it's almost 'timeless', which is appropriate!
