Do a Yahoo or Google Search on "Reverse IP Look Up" and you will find what you need there...

A website I help out with (non-skateboard related) is having problems with a particularly virulent troll. I need to find a website that can tell us what ISP is providing his service based upon his IP address...I am pretty sure such a site exists but I'm pretty clueless whenit comes to that sort of thing. Thanks for any help!
