They grow up really fast!

Congrats! Clemence is Adorable!
I've got twins that're (ohmygosh!) 9 months old now, and as Pelle said, they do get bigger WAY too quickly! At least you've previous experience, and a gap between the kid's ages.... I'm up to my ankles in Diapers
