Welcome back Max! Good to see you again.

Max was one of the better German racers back in the early 1990's and we became good friends after meeting at a number of races. He has stayed away from slalom racing most of the time since 1995 but then showed up for the German Championships 2003 and placed second in the tight slalom. (A stag night in Holland for one his best friends on the Saturday prevented him from entering the giant).

The newly awarded German Champion Ramon Könbigshausen, should start worrying if he intends to keep his title next year when Max has been practising a bit more.

History fanatics remember well Max first place in Straight slalom in Verrières Open (Paris) 1994 when he did beat both Jani, Daniel Ridoli (1:st at ISSA world ranking at the time) and Andi Sidler (4:th at the ISSA world ranking at the time). We where all surprised but most surprised of us all was probably Max himself. Maybe I should add to the record that we where using push start which wasn't Ridolis or Sidlers strong sides.

Any way of getting better pics of that ramp? I like the way it looks like it curves to flat and hopefully recurves to transition out (not shown in pic). How long is it? How wide is it? How high is it?

Brady,

I have posted some more pictures of the ramp in the Starting line forum. Click here. It is the best ramp I've ridden in the last two years and one of the better ever.
