Forum software update (Nov 28, 2004) phpBB 2.0.6->2.0.11

I've migrated the forum to the latest available release of the phpBB software - 2.0.11.

This release is considered as a critical software update as it fixes some security issues - sounds just right for us!

I intend to do an update of the phpBB software we're using in the next couple of days, probably starting tomorrow, so don't be surprised if the site is temporarily closed for a few hours.

Hopefully that should make it more difficult for spammers creating new bogus users and reduce the risk of the site being hacked (something that has happened a couple of times now).
