The cones ARE scary, small with a lip. But then again. You're definately pumped not to hit them
And yeah, there actually were 2 slalom contests this year. But more for shortboarders wanting to try something different. Next year there will be more.
As far as the number of slalommers, I guess around the 10 to 15
finally a Dutch slalomer!

I have always been wondering, if there are any Dutch slalomers.
Welcome to the community, Bas!
I used to go to Scheveningen for waveriding as one-day-trips.
Are there any other slalomers in the Netherlands?
I've heard that there was a race in Amsterdam this year.
We have a lively slalom-scene here in the Cologne-Düsseldorf area.
Feel free to contact us for sessions or attending our future races.
(those cones look scary!)

The Hague, So a good few miles from germany
But we will be having some slalom days here this winter. Our spot is then quite empty of trafic. And we have some other spots (including amsterdam) that will be done this winter

Hi there, my name is Bas de Man. I'm fromn the netherlands and I've been slalloming for a few months now.
I ride an AxeII, Trackers with SS axles and hotspots (80/83a)
