Get the half inch axles they work well all around. For wheels I forget the exact numbers for hot spots but get around 80a (white) for the back and 83a(green) for the front.

really? i thought that for TS, the softer the better, wouldn't it be better to have like 76a in the back and 80a in the front or am i just misinformed?

78 maybe if you are really light weight and riding on less than desirable pavement.

I skate with 83s in the back.

White wheels in the back are really grippy and will still be grippy in the summer, by the time you hit july your 78s would feel like 74s.

Gordon,

If you're really into TS, be sure and invest in an assortment of wheel sizes also...as in smaller. Controlling your speed in super technical courses is easier while managing less inertia/mass...

and don't be afraid to use smaller wheels just in front if you can't seem to "catch up" to the course...
(super soft Cambrias all around if you're really lost. :-)

Best just get your wallet out....... hehehe

$$$$......I hear ya brother.....

You won't be sorry breaking the bank on some Radikals. The steering is probably
the most important part of the equation......
