I came across these wheels at the Open German Championships. Apparently it is Indiana Skateboards own brand. Wheels are mostly in softer duros, such as 78, as that is what is being sold to cruisers.

The orange ones look just like Stradas, and the “ghost” ones look just like Stingers/LaCostas, but the white ones on the left, above the WingsWheels sign look like Stingers with more of a wider/different-molded lip. Indianaskateboards.com was not accessable for reference at the time of posting.

You are certainly right about the similarities with other wheels. It's a common way to achieve an inexpensive production for a rather small series.

The Indiana website has received a major overhaul recently and has added a webshop so it could be that there are some tuning problems with the new design, which is not yet completely finished.
