manx vs zigzag

Post by Doug Kadzban » Sun Dec 16, 2007 4:59 am

so, right now i'm running lime rear/orange front zigzags for TS...how different wouldd 78/80 split 69mm manx wheels feel?

i've been told once or twice to not switch to manx, but i was never given a distinct reason why

Perhaps the person who gave the advice didn't feel like losing against you in a competition? If they win pro races throughout the world I guess they can't be to slow. Right?

HotSpots......69x51
Manx............69x52
ZigZags........70x53
Avalons........68x55

Advice can be helpful if you haven't tried something yet. In the end you have to trust your own experience. Try every wheel you can.
