There has been talk of pre-coned wheels ever since Team Radikal's legendary foray into Europe a few years ago....cool. It'll be intersting to see what the feedback is, the more the merrier!

Ok first and foremost I haven't been on a board since the 16th of September the day before I broke my ankle and my balance sucks bigtime. That said after a rain shower induced false start I finally got out this afternoon for 2 hours of "rolling physical therapy" (that's what I'm telling my wife) I have a preset course in the local high school parking lots that only requires throwing out cones which makes practice nice. it's not a fast course but it requires a lot of work to skate clean. First couple of runs were purely to knock off rust but after a bit of practice my ability to flow was coming back and it was time to abuse my cones and see what these wheels have to offer. I don't know who pours these wheels they feel like a cross between a white hotspot and a 66mm earthwing they roll faster than than they seem, feel really cushy and yet don't have that where is the lip syndrome that Avila's and big Pinks have. I pushed pretty hard not try to get them loose but just to get speed and I found that they hold very very well in both tight machine gun turns and medium speed offsets. I say this is a subjective review because though I have recorded times for various wheels on this course I am not capable of matching those times at the moment maybe by March I'll be back to my previous times. One thing I have noticed, though I left some serious thane tracks my wheels didn't wear much other than the fact that the inner lip feels sharper (something also commented on by my fellow cone-sprayer) after skating than before. All in all I am please they feel good and unlike Reflex wheels (which I am admittedly faster on than pre black ops Seismics) don't give me a lost feeling as I initiate cross under turns.
