Perhaps its a good price for a fine bearing, but I don't know one (slalom) pro that uses ceramic bearings. It just does not matter what bearing you use as long as they are not totally stuck.
Save the money for a trip to a race and gather some racing experience, thats what matters...

Ceramic Bearings
I just bought a pack of ceramic skateboard bearings from www.bearings-online.co.uk for £28 ($44), thats the cheapest price your going to get for ceramic bearings, ceramic bearings are what all the pros use and i would recommend these bearings to any skateboarder. http://www.bearings-online.co.uk/item/B ... 676_0.html
