Permit progress

We're working on the permits now, but the new guy in administration that we got established with last year is gone, so it's not as easy as we hoped. The state budget woes have effected office staff, leaving the survivors swamped. However, we're still working towards opening day in late May. I'll post updates as I get them.

See you all there!

Hey Rene! Who you sponsored by anyway ;-) Good things come to good people!!!

I've joined the real working world and will be having most weekends off now so I just might be able to make all the WLAC's this season. Rene, I kept telling you and Bobby to come out with me on the R/V Sea Explorer. But I told the Ocean Institute I'd be availiable on the weekends if they get in a jam and need a skipper and I'll let you know when I'm running the boat, I want to get you and Bobby out there so I'll still keep you posted. Hey what is your email now?

Hope they decide to pave WLAC sometime in the future. That tight slalom hill would handle duals if the surface was good. We could build some ramps and that would be cool.

Yes, we'll be back in 2004! The insurance is in place. We're waiting to see when other bigger events will be before filing our permit application (which should be all fine, based on our conversations with the college and 10 years of history). Hopefully it'll be racing from May through November again. I'll post more as things shape up.

See you there!
