In the mid 1970's I spent Sunday afternoons running cones with a couple of teenage kids named Fluitt and Dunn, thirty years later I'm still spending Sunday afternoons running cones with a whole bunch of fast kids.

And that Fluitt kid...well he's 40 something now and just had a great weekend of racing in Paris, France. It boggles my mind.

So Adrian, where can I sign up for some coaching?
