2 STEP PROCESSING

just to let everybody know:
al the foamcore decks produced by me are done in 2 steps,which assures a very even flow and spread of the epoxy involved.
the preformed decks are handcured before the finishing process starts to assure an even surface with a perfectly aligned foamcore.
as it seems most manufacturers don't do that.
we also don't use any kind of laquer for the glossy finish we have-it's all epoxy.
