sitting back here in chi-town this afternoon.left sunny san diego early this a.m. already had a snowball fight with my son and messed around with his snow skate.too many people to give a shout out to,but it was the perfect winter tonic for this midwestern boy.thanks to lynn,tiger and rick howell.good to see my back east boys fadell(kill city) and WT(DHB).the cameos yesterday were too cool,jeff ho,murph,brad bowman.good to see will jolly again,nice suprise.the scene at chilis afterward was fun,too bad it had to end,but people were fried.we(me and fadell)ended up at pal joeys,great people watching.any how,thanks to everyone who was there,you all made it so fun.
p.s.fadell uncorked it in the g/s.yea,i choked,but i had fun doing it.

I wish I could get over to see the CHIxILL squad more often as cfav and cnova have been

Freak Bros Rule

5 days w/o power will make anyone a freak...bro

getting ready to hit the pump station this weekend,so stoked.the trip is a last minute thing,but i figure it will be a great time to hit this with ASR goining on also.i will be meeting up with greg fadell,who could suprise some people this weekend.we hung a year ago at pump station last feb,when greg tore his knee up.the hill is fast and long and to ride it with this crew is a trip.will try to keep all updated on the CHIxILL goings on this saturday in san diego.
time to start promoting CHIxILL.it feels funny because this is personal for nova and i.we really do care about having great boards and for the people that support us.this is our vibe,who we are and what chicago is all about.skating continues in this city to be diy.you want it,you go get it.thats what we try to put a little of in to each and every board.
