The Process:
We build every Bustin Board from scratch. The board begins as 7 individual layers, 4 wood and 3 fiberglass. We use a Russian baltic birch hardwood. After the strips are cut to size, they are laminated into shape with the fiberglass resin and shaped on our press. After coming off the press, the truck holes are drilled and board is cut out on the particular board model template. It is then sanded down and is ready for painting. After the board is completely painted, the edges are routed off to create smooth graphic boundries and a rounded edge. The board is then griptaped, assembled, boxed, and shipped off to you.
