Hello!
Can someone give me a brief explanation, which front truck is better for TS/HS: Foxy or Homer?
I've heard Homer is made for tight turns only. Is it right?
As I can see it has bigger axle-offset (caster)...

For a really tight course, I switch to a Homer. With GOGs it's super easy to switch. Just remove one bolt and switch from the Foxy to the Homer. The baseplate stays on the board and fits both trucks. Lots of people use the Foxy for tight, but for me the Homer opens up and turns quickly.
