Fresh new batch of boards in the Fullbag house! Including two new slalom shapes that where introduced last weekend at the World Slalom Championships. If these boards can take my fat ugly old ass to a 5th place overall in the Open at the World's, imagine what they could do for you! ;) :D

The new Red Baron hybrid slalom:
Image
33.5" x 9.125", Wheelbases 20" - 20.5" - 21" - 21.5"
Sexy stinger shape with a diamond tail. Slightly wider at the front toes and wider tail than the HS, half an inch longer wheelbase choice.

The new TS - "Junk in the Trunk" Edition tight slalom:
Image
31.5" x 9", Wheelbases 18" - 18.5" - 19" - 19.5"
Slightly wider at the front toes with a full inch wider tail than the TS, thus the name and logo... ;)

The now classics TS, HS, and GS are back in stock:
Image
31.75" x 8.875", Wheelbases 18" - 18.5" - 19" - 19.5"

At one of the DHB races, someone asked me what kind of lathe I used to get my back wheels coned so evenly. I thanked my love for chicken wings!

Mig, it was great meeting with you and hanging out at the worlds. Hopefully I'll see you at the Dixie Cup!

Here's a couple of views of the TS "Junk in the Trunk" edition.

The added width at the back makes the concave spoon tail deeper.
Perfect for people with bigger feet or the ones that want a wider platform under the back foot.

I received one of the Red Baron decks this weekend at Dixie Cup. Looks like a real nice deck. Can't wait until this weekend to set it up and skate it. Thanks a lot.

I've been riding the Red Baron for a few weekend sessions now. Took me a couple sessions to get it dailed in but I have to say I like this board. It's a bit stiffer than what I had been skating. I also had been skating flat board for so long now that the concave and kick took some getting used to. My feet stayed lock in place and I feel like I get real good leverage on the trucks. Yep. I really like this board. Now to try it out on a little GS.

Doug, being over 300 pounds and sessioning between 3 and 7 times a week easily gets your wheels THAT coned in a short amount of time. :D

And for the dirty part, well those pics were taken during a session at the Krispy Hill. That spot gets my wheels all clean as opposed to all our other ones. Don't know exactly why... Well probably because it's a bike path in the middle of a field far from any kind of traffic.

see if your a skinny bastard like i am, you have to put your slalom wheels on your DH board and drift them a lot.

I should mention I ride a fullbag for dh :D killer ride, keep it up mig

Magic MIG's.....once they are coned enough, they go to Kowalhausen, so don't try to buy wheels from him, they are all reserved ;)

You should call 'em "Zig Bags" ... and save some for the Americans!

Cold enough for ya up there in QC? Sweeeet winter so far, eh?

I'm moving to Burlington for a new job 1-1-08 with http://www.dealer.com...so I'll be one hour closer to Montreal...yes!

Wassup Dom! I rode your autographed 83's on the last session of the season... ;)

Rick: Amazing winter start! I just did my 7th day of riding today in 1.5 feet of pow... AGAIN!
I only rode one day on groomers since the beginning of the season. :D
Congratulations on your new job buddy. You'll be close enough to come to all the
outlaws in Montreal and Quebec City. Don't miss the next Battle at the Fortress night race! :)

Mig - once I get settled in to the new job and housing, and (local) race season is over, I'll try to hook with you guys for some snowboarding.

Also, do you think you'll have boards available next April? As soon as I know I have the cash aside I'll place an order.

Appréciez le gel profond! (hope I said that right)

You are welcomed at my place whenever you want to, buddy.

Yes, everything should be in stock by april, including new models.

And, well, if what you meant was something like: "Appreciate" or "Enjoy the deep freeze!" then yeah, you said it right. :D

Great work! I am a BIG fan of the Red Baron, I've always loved Stinger shapes, they are so cool! We haven't seen any Fullbags in the UK yet, you should fix that Mig!
I HAVE to make it to Canada some day to ride with you guys on snow AND concrete!

Thanks Martin. I've always loved stinger shapes when I was young but never actually owned one. I had a fixation for boards like the Caster Inouye, the Santa Cruz Stinger, and the Sims Dave Andrecht but they were impossible to find in my neck of the woods. I can't wait for the Fullbag Stinger pool board to come out. :D

I'll try to make Fullbags available in the UK before springtime. I was planning on working on that after the holydays.

You would be more than welcomed in Quebec City Martin. But you'll have to make one summer trip AND one winter trip if you want to snowboard AND slalom. ;) :)

You have just named ALL my fave old boards, so I'm definately in for a Fullbag pool board, and I was planning to come to Canada more than once! ;)

I've slightly changed the shape from the one on the web page.
It still could change a bit before production but not by much.
It should look something like this: (click the thumbnail)

35" x 10.75"
18" wb
7" tail
5.75" nose

I race with this board in the two race at Antrim last weekend. It's my favorite.

What he means is he "kicked butt with this board in the two race at Antrim last weekend"...congrats on your 6th in HY and 5th in GS Louis!!

Louis totally ripped this last weekend. His runs against Mr. Pirnack were amazing! And what about his GS runs?!? :D

And the rest of the team did great too. I'm proud of all of them, no exceptions. Everyone of them stepped up his/her game.

Did someone notice that the top 3 Ams amongst the Pros in the Hybrid and GS are from Team Fullbag? ;)

I did pretty well on my Red Baron this past weekend at Cone Fest in Ashland, KY, if I do say so myself.
I was less than .2 of a second out from getting a podium spot in the A class. Not bad seeing as how I had never run GS until Hobby Hill at Dixie Last year. This was like my second real attempt at GS.

I pitched Fullbag to few guys looking to make their next slalom purchase as well.

Had to toot my own horn for a second. Sorry.

As far as ISSA "Open/Am" points goes - if that was the podiums it would have been the same in both the HY and GS:

1 - Louis
2 - Seb
3 - Mig

Congrats to my friends from the Arctic Circle!!

No need to be sorry Jeremy! You can come on here and toot your own horn whenever you want to. :D

I'm stoked people had a good time! It's fun to put it on (even with the 4 or 5 racers meetings at the GS LOL). Jeremy was smoking on the Red Baron!! Sick Cue!!

Thank you, Lenny. I really didn't know I was going that fast on Sunday. I was just hoping I'd end up in top three on the B class again. Marcos' pushing me that weekend really paid off I guess.

I'm still not happy with the set up I'm running on the RB but I will say that board was handling well that day and felt rock solid under foot on that course. I need to get some better trucks for it. I was very happy with it when all was said and done. The width and concave on that board felt just right for going real fast. I can't wait to run that board at Dixie Cup.

I think that will be a good board for you, Lenny.
Mine has been working out for me real well, esp for GS. My Red Baron was killing it on the GS courses both at Cone Fest and Dixie this year.
Wish I could make it for your Thanksgiving race. Hopefully the weather will hold out for you guys.
