No! Deadly cones! :D

It's in Matane (Gaspe Peninsula in eastern Quebec) during an annual summer festival. Pic was taken in June '76 or '77, can't remember exactly. It was my first slalom race...

:D They were the festival's "Dutchesses". They were the ones giving out the kisses/medals/trophies at all the events.
