As Chris I think Flash is nice but with flash only version you reduce the potential viewers of the website...

lost my camera (sony P9 with pics of my convention booth on it, if anybody found it somewhere) my legs got bitten to shreds by mosquitos and horseflies, bruised my ribs two times in the same place and couldn´t race the pool-slalom and GS,
BUT THAT WAS A PERFECT WEEKEND.
THANK YOU DONALD AND THANK YOU WEATHER GOD!

Also a warm thank you Donald from me. You deserve respect for pulling this off. Having a race of this caliber is a gigantic effort.

Thanks to Brixlegg for letting us use their village. Thanks to the Cradle Skatepark for scratching my kneecaps open and having one of the best sessions of my life.

Awesome skateboard racing! It is amazing how good everyone is becoming. Also the girls are hauling ass! Incredible.

The only complaint I have is Friday´s location. The surface was beyond acceptability. This has to be closely checked in advance.

The rest was great.

A weekend to remember for sure.

Thanks again.

EDIT: Oh yeah, the first photos are in:

are we getting old yet?

Thanks for a great weekend. Brixlegg World Championships in skateboard slalom was the first ever in Europe. Weather and mountains were great. The Pro Races are getting really interesting. There are so many good riders up there. We got 3 different World Champions. The Am class is also getting better and better. And the very best will probably do very well in pro class soon. Just like Marcus Seyffarth (am 2003) who took one third place and a 4:th overall in the Worlds this year. And other good results by recent pros like Heiko Schöller (am 2004), Jonathan Harms (am 2004), Vincent Berruchon (am 2005), Steve Hinzen (am 2004) a.s.o. The am top guns like Henrik Wadsten, Dominik Kowalski, Mike Cividino will probably do well in pro class next year 2007.

The trophies done by Christoph Baumann as small gravestones where super nice.

Trophies were indeed cool, as is Christoph himself--always smiling and having a good time.

WAAAYY too much other stuff to go into here, so I'd just like to thank Donald and all the locals for hosting the event. Donald told me by phone a few weeks before the event to "Do yourself a favor" and come over. He was right. I had a fantastic time.
