I added a link to the ISSA rules on the contest application.
I changed some of the text in the area where the form asks for a description of the rule deviations. (I wanted to be clear that ALL rule deviations should be listed).
I removed the emphasis on asking about equipment allowed/prohibited, since this is now clearly in the rule book.
I changed the form to ask specifically what timing equipment is being used.
I changed the form to ask specifically WHO is going to set the course.

Section for contact information for event organizer.
Emphasis on equipment allowed/prohibited (e.g. 6-wheel boards).
Emphasis on asking for a complete course description (cone spacing, hill pitch, etc).
